CS:GO / CS2 Buy Binds Generator
Our CS:GO / CS2 Buy Binds Generator lets you create key binds to quickly purchase weapons, grenades, kevlar, and equipment at the start of your Counter-Strike 2 rounds. You can bind the purchase of single or multiple items to a key.
To use this generator, click any key on the visual keyboard below. Next, select the item(s) you want to buy with that key. You can then select another key to create buy binds for or copy the generated binds to paste in a CS2 autoexec file.
In CS2, the successor to CS:GO, items must be equipped in your loadout for buy binds to work! Items not equipped in your loadout will not be purchased.

How to Use Our Buy Binds Generator
Our CS2 Buy Binds Generator (aka our Bind Maker, Loadout Maker, etc.) can create Counter-Strike 2 buy binds by following these steps:
- Click on any key on the visual keyboard. As shown in the visual keyboard, our tool supports creating binds for function, navigation, and numpad keys.
- After selecting the key you want to create a buy bind for, select the CS2 item(s) you want to purchase with that key (Pistols, Rifles, SMGs, Machine Guns, Shotguns, Grenades, Kevlar, and other Equipment.).
- Optionally, select an additional key to create buy binds for and repeat this process until you've made all of your binds.
- Once you've finished creating your binds, click the "Copy Binds to Clipboard" button, paste them into your CS2 autoexec file, and save the autoexec file. You'll need to restart your game or enter the command
exec autoexec.cfg
in the CS2 console.
Items must be equipped in your loadout for the generated buy binds to work.
You can edit the buy binds you're creating at any time by re-selecting a key with items bound to it and clicking items to add/remove.
Important Tips
Items Must Be Equipped in Your Loadout
We've mentioned this multiple times, but as a final reminder, items must be equipped in your loadout for the buy binds to work.
T/CT Only Items
Counter-Strike 2 has items available only to the Terrorist (T) or Counter-Terrorist (CT) sides. For example, you can only buy the AK47 on the T side and the M4A4 on the CT side.
If you want to create a bind that will always buy a rifle regardless of which side you're on, you must select the options for both T and CT.
bind "kp_7" "buy m4a1;buy ak47;";
The buy bind example above will purchase a M4A4 or an AK47 depending on which side you're on when you press the "7" key on the numpad. I created this bind by selecting the Numpad 7 on the visual keyboard and then selecting both the M4A4 and the AK47.
Item Order
If you create a bind that buys multiple items, using it will purchase items in the order you added them when making the bind.
We recommend adding items based on how essential they are. If you want to create a bind that buys a Kevlar Vest + Helmet and an AK47, you should first add "Kevlar Vest + Helmet" to the bind key, then add an AK47. If you mistakenly use this bind when you don't have enough to purchase both items, it will first purchase the "Kevlar Vest + Helmet", then fail to buy the AK47. It's probably better to have armor and then purchase a cheaper weapon than it would be to have an AK47 with no armor.
This is also important when creating buy binds that include multiple Grenades. You should probably add a Smoke Grenade before a HE Grenade because Smokes are typically a more crucial purchase.
Adding Binds to Your autoexec.cfg File
A CS2 autoexec file is a way to store settings, binds, and other commands in Counter-Strike 2. Our How to Create a CS2 Autoexec Config guide shows step-by-step instructions on how to implement the buy binds you create.
Supported Games
The buy binds made by our generator work for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2). Though CS2 is still often referred to as CS:GO (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive), CS2 has replaced CS:GO. Many players also refer to the new game as CS:GO 2.
Whatever you call it, this tool generates valid buy binds for the current version of Counter-Strike.
